GETTING A TEMPORARY SUPPLY

Are you planning a special event at a location that does not have electricity? You can request temporary electricity supply. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Have your licensed electrician check the location and install the necessary wiring
  2. Get the wiring passed by the Government Electrical Inspector (GEI). Remember to allow up to 15 business days before the certificate is submitted to JPS
  3. Then submit your application to JPS at least 5 business days before the event
